Assuming there is skills gap then government and education system should be blamed. Assuming they are incapable of finding good talents. It's their recruitment department at fault or skilled people do not wise to join them due not competitive salary or learning opportunities. Whatever might be true it's either these two at fault not the people.

Do you think such illogical reasons are told by companies when they dont have funds to spend to hire the best talent? What if right skilled people are demanding more? Its probably the company's incompetence imo. If they dont have a good HR, improve them or search at places where candidates are available. This also leaves a bad marketing remark, and can be found as wrongly criticizing India's talent pool. Whats the point in saying best talents are not working with us?
