Well tbh the court doesn’t handle the financial regulations. Even after the previous court rulings there have been significant cases of bank accounts being seized due to crypto currencies. While most of the indian exchanges have been shut or they have moved out of India to Singapore or other places trying to fight through the Indian KYC laws and regulations. India is way too far away from cryptocurrency being accepted as an asset or a tool for transaction
