Japan is the world's 3rd most popular tourist destination and yet they are banning tourists - Why? Since past year Japan has witnessed a record number of tourists (travellers are mostly coming from Australia, Taiwan, South Korea and Hong kong) and these tourists are causing a problem to local people, where people complaining about tourists harrassing and capturing photos of Geisha (female Japanese performing artists and entertainers trained in traditional Japanese performing arts styles.) in Kyoto. While on the other hand the town near Mount Fuji is facing over tourism with tourist reckless breaking local rules and regulations which forced the Japanese official to literally construct a fence to prevent them clicking a picture of Mount Fuji. Over tourism had previously led to the death of 80% of coral reef (group of coral - an aquatic animal) in Thailand's Maya Bay. 80% of world's total tourists visits only 10% of world's destination which is also harmful for the environment.
