Firstly great covering sir. It's Very detailed. Tho, i would say that even a Nepali ev startup might end up taking the market share. The Startup culture is horrible in nepal (that's what my friend from nepal said), but you never know. Nepali startup ms have made to the YC as well so this isn't a big deal

First thing the startups don't do all the manufacturing in Nepal, they outsource it in China, very heavily dependent on china and importing is expensive but still as I have observed they are doing great. I will definitely make a post addressing it. Although tech startup culture is worse I would say but there are some exceptions like esewa and khalti ( Paytm and phonepe of Nepal ) . Altogether it's growing but still not favourable tbh
