Why do internships demand previous experience? Where else are we supposed to gain real world experience from, college exams? Recently came across a founder at a YC backed startup, he doesn't care about what's your experience where you work from or when you work, he just wants the job done that's it. What startups lack is not skill but culture. Don't you agree that with the modern tools available, why are we still sticking to traditional employment methods?

I think working with a startup and doing a work as an intern there is thousand time better than doing any course on a random website. You could do unpaid internships just for experience. ITS MUCH BETTER and yeah ask them for certificate. Benifits-
