Companies realized they can: ✔️ Demand work-ready interns. ✔️ Avoid training costs. ✔️ Get free labor under the name of "learning." Meanwhile, students are out here freelancing, launching startups, and coding entire AI-powered coffee makers just to qualify for an unpaid internship. What Can You Do?
