Internships Now Require Experience🤯 – Are We in a Simulation? 🌝 Internships were created to help students gain experience before getting a job. But now? Companies want experience before the internship itself. So, do we need a pre-internship just to qualify?! The Infinite Loop of Doom 1️⃣ Need experience for a job. 2️⃣ Need an internship for experience. 3️⃣ Need experience for an internship?! At this point, we’re just collecting internships like Infinity Stones. Why Is This Happening? Companies realized they can: ✔️ Demand work-ready interns. ✔️ Avoid training costs. ✔️ Get free labor under the name of "learning." Meanwhile, students are out here freelancing, launching startups, and coding entire AI-powered coffee makers just to qualify for an unpaid internship. What Can You Do? Apply anyway – Requirements are just wishlists. Build projects – Show your skills. Network – Sometimes, connections matter more. Stay strong. The simulation is glitching, but we move.
