Detoxify Your Mind: To change your habits and stop wasting time on your phone, focus on mental detoxification. Here are a few tips: Read Good Books: Choose books that inspire and motivate you. Eat Clean: A healthy diet can improve your focus and energy levels. Exercise: Regular physical activity is crucial for a healthy body and mind.
