Such as Finance, Tech and your fav career field.. • choose your time spend with good mentors, Same mindset peoples. •After deactivate your account you will create the new routine lifestyle like fitness ,meditation and books • If you want talk to your friends just chat with WhatsApp. • Think about it deeply...Instagram like apps is full on full Distraction, addictive moreover that's play with our emotions that pushing into depression and overthinking..

📣 Use tools like digital wellbeing if you're using android mobile. 📣 Some social media apps have time limit option you can use it .

Scheduling evening walks, meets, gym etc etc will make you leave and catch up above tasks.

1. Delete apps: Uninstall social media apps to avoid temptation. 2. Phone jail: Lock your phone away to prevent mindless scrolling or use laptop like devices 3. App limits: Set strict time limits on social media use. 4. Phone-free zones: Designate areas or times as phone-free. 5. Mindfulness exercises or spritual practice: Practice mindfulness to reduce urge to scroll. 6. Phone-free days: Take a day off from social media. 7. Replace with hobbies: Engage in hobbies to fill time previously spent scrolling. 8. Phone-free routines: Establish routines without phone use. 9. Social media detox: Take a break from social media for a set period. 10. Phone-free goals: Set goals to reduce phone use and stay focused on them.

Best way to stop this addiction is to delete all the social media apps like Instagram,facebook and youtube also. Wether you are doing productive thing over insta and facebook you you unknowingly get directed to shorts videos. So the best way to delete all these. I also had done the same thing.

There is also one app called stayfree. With this you can block reels, shorts, etc. also you set all limit, session limit and have many more such features.

Don't know about ig (I don't use it) But for YouTube, go to history, click on 3 dots, and then click on "clear history" and "pause history" This will turn off your shorts and home page. So now you can only watch videos from your subscription
