"Social media is a source of entertainment which takes minutes of attention and bites of data". Actually we get happiness when you are watching your favourite movie or talking to our favourite person But if we see social media its gives you fun just by scrolling its just a matter of finger tip and some force to apply. Social media is Designed to be addictive if you see any social media, social media tries to improve their design to look attractive even if you see your fingertip goes to the video whose thumbnail is very attractive rather than a booring thumbnail. Scrolling also Reduces our concentration levels. More use of social media makes you feel isolated, Lonely and increases the chance of depression.
