Quick commers has sustained and made profitable by priotise convince over price. As tire one city's have move pay per customer ration it's sustained. If we have to get in to tire 2,3 cities we need to go for pricing strategy. Only way to get success for this would be create a competitive price and managing the delivery costs. Whic is impossible at this moment. We can think about electric flet for delivery, highly sofesticated order dispatch systems Huge customer base with minimum dark stores. It's very very sketchy and skeptical area. But figuring it out with ne generation technology and grow with cockroach model. We can crack this .

Quick commerce platforms like zepto and blinkit are already in most of the tier 2 cities like Jaipur, Bhopal, Chandigarh etc. And they are doing really well in those cities however not profitable yet since the ticket size and demand is low. They may find a way to earn profits in these cities perhaps in upcoming years. Not a good opportunity for quick commerce in tier 2 and definitely not in tier 3 cities for at least next 10 years.

I don't think it will work, because for quick commerce to be successful, the per order value needs to be higher. Companies like Blinkit and Zepto struggled for years to reach a per order value where they could make a profit. That's why I believe tier 2 and 3 cities are not ready for quick commerce at the moment.

I'm skeptical it can work, at least profitably. The demand may be there, but do tier-2/3 areas have the population density and order volumes to support quick commerce?

I don't think.. They got a grocery store near to every house.. And It took years to make a dark store in top cities profitable so this seems hard.

I think there could be a big opportunity in those smaller cities that the major quick commerce players are overlooking. But logistics and unit economics will be really challenging.
