1. Cold reach out on social media/LinkedIn. Expect 1 reply for 50 reachouts. Helps to show some progress before reaching out, ideas are everywhere. Also add a compelling reason for why the person should mentor you. 2. Another option is to find a qualified mentor in your circle- college seniors, company, family, friend of friend.
