The Intern shala scam. The other day I was talking to my friend and I shared my problem in finding the internship. Most of the companies on the internshala platform like they are just giving assignments and like it is automated by both. The assignments are like a full fledged web app. I was like if someone doesn't have 5 mins to talk to me then why should I invest 5 hrs in completing the assignment I asked my friend (she had already done 3 internships) is there any guarantee of seeing my assignment Note I am just asking for not like for shortlisting or selecting me. She said there is no garentee that the HR will like see your assignment. It is best to cold reach out and then dm the project to the HR. I was like man this I didn't know "Aaise bhi hota hai" My mindset is simple Background research of the company then reaching out HR on LinkedIn and then getting him with a call showing the work and then dm the assignment Let me know if this will work or not.

the saadi. com scam Many are fake profiles, old and outdated. hardly u will find any match. Many bots operating. they keep calling to upgrade plan for availing more benefits. they make sure that you don't find a match on the platform because they want you as their customer atleast for 2-3 years. i enquired in my peers, all of the got married through traditional ways.

once I personally applied for the Nextjs developer internship they literally gave the whole Figma UI to code and submit it within 24 hrs. it's a full fledged web app with dashboard. when I researched abt that company they are the guys who listed themselves as a freelancer on upwork, and freelancer. then I get to know what the fuck is going on.. they take projects from there and post internships on internshala then get there work done close the job and move on.. (they assigned the same task to 190+ other applications.. so at least 1 to kr hi dega 😂)
