Yes..it does help. Infact many startups are working in the same area. I think initially it would work because AI chats are novel to us rn, but as time passes we would find us wanting human touch back again- aka human physical presence.

Let me be very honest. I was preparing for an entrance exam and I wasted whole year. I was worried and frustrated and what not, so I took to ChatGPT to get comfort. But I soon realised something, ChatGPT is just like a friend who always agrees to your pov. It is designed to not let you commit self harm, but it's still an artificial intelligence. I had to eventually uninstall ChatGPT and take help of a councellor. I talked to a very good friend of mine, some other friends although only one of them knew what I was undergoing, but it was still helpful. So in my opinion, ChatGPT can NEVER replace therapists. And it is better to not rely on something which isn't even alive. Even if you don't want to spend on therepy, talk to someone who won't judge. And if you don't even have someone who doesn't judge, there are free therapists available. They often help in thoughts that include self harm. There is no harm in talking to AI, but don't let it control your life decisions.

For all fellows who are using AI i feel using AI for mental health and Advices is 😢 sad we all have to remember that giving our emotions as a prompt isn't just the story.. There is more than that AI is taking our data ⚠️🚨 sometimes it can mislead not intentionally due to it's training and Note: Everytime getting virtual solution on mental health isn't the great choice if we aren't taking advice from people we might loose connections with people and gain connection with new born BigBaby alias AI which isn't not affirming to our life's
