Convincing Someone to buy your Course, Is this the work of an HR ?

Your post sounds exactly like a Multilevel marketing/affiliated marketing/money chain/pyramid scheme. Someone will hire you offering you 'opportunity' and asks you to pay for the course/package/products (they might also give you consumables to make it look valuable), and your job is to 'recruit' someone and asking them to pay 🤦🏻 What you don't realize is you are at the bottom of the chain. You are the customer not the employee. It's you who will lose everything, including money, friends, trust, family, relation. Everywhere you will be trying to onboard people who will hate you. And the company will say, it's your fault, you didn't work well, you wont get promoted. They will say you need to improve and the ones who said no aren't your true friends. Its not true. They are manipulating you. Realise a fraud before falling into one. Earliest to realize the mistake and corrects it are the ones who wins

Those who agree will get it, and those who don’t… well, you probably never will. Ads are just the fuel in marketing. But for that fuel to work, your fire has to already be burning.
