I am having issue with confidence for making an elevator pitch video. Is it necessary that I should speak directly or should I hire someone who can speak in the video and should I include visuals and slides?

Practice in front of the mirror. See eventually you will someday have to speak for yourself. Better start the effort now. You can't let others convey your vision, it won't happen.
Guys im death scared when I speak at stage or wherever I might catch attention, I know the only solution is practicing but I don't know where to practice, I tried in front of mirror it didn't work for me, any suggestion please?

I always use to say that "grass is always greener on the other side" but I think the grass is greener on the side where you water it more.
It means if you kept thinking about other's then you won't be able to anything by you

observe the guy from top to bottom.
Ask him how is life. If he says its good. well and good.
