I am having issue with confidence for making an elevator pitch video. Is it necessary that I should speak directly or should I hire someone who can speak in the video and should I include visuals and slides?

Practice in front of the mirror. See eventually you will someday have to speak for yourself. Better start the effort now. You can't let others convey your vision, it won't happen.
