The year was 2022 and Volkswagen was in desparate need of highly skilled mechanics but there was a problem - all the skilled mechanics were already working with competition and increasing the package to attract them won't doanything much. That's when a unique strategy knocked the doors of Volkswagen - they would purposefully send their cars in the competitors garage for repair and here's the twist they had inscribed on some special parts - "this part needs to be changed and by talking about change, would you like to work with us?" - they really did this. And they inscribed it on those parts where only a skilled mechanic can reach and they also spread a propoganda that only a skilled mechanic can find their hidden proposal and at the end 53,000 people applied and the 1,000 most deserving were selected. Isn't this strategy insane? Thank You.
