- I take on UI/UX project requirements - I take on web development requirements - Basically anything and everything that is required for a online or a offline business. Payscale is never compromised, I ensure that the freelancer receives his pay cut

That's great to hear u but How do you ensure that the projects are completed on time and with quality?

Well being working online for almost 14+ years, I already have a list of go to people to contact who can get the job done and with quality. Now it is just a matter of me taking the project and finalising a pricing for it.

What factors u should be considered when determine a fair and competitive price for a project?

It depends on the customer’s budget and his final requirements. If he has a budget of landing page and is asking for a 4-5 page website to be developed then I sit down with him and offer comparisons between a freelancer who will accomplish that task

I’m aware of the market standards and have been active everywhere attending events, viewing portfolios etc also I have good experience myself in these fields so I ensure that the quality is achieved by hook or by crook
