Its exactly like what is happening here right now, I offer my opinions to their queries and project requirements for free. If they want some more help then I charge them a fee or if they want me to handle the project completely then I take them through a basic questionare and later hire freelancers based on the requirements and take a cut out of the total project budget. I’m kinda like a broker projext manager here, I connect Party A to well tested Party B and I create a while project budget, timeline and list of accomplishments needed. Finally once the project is done, I take my cut and handover the money to the freelancer for their work.
