- I take on UI/UX project requirements - I take on web development requirements - Basically anything and everything that is required for a online or a offline business. Payscale is never compromised, I ensure that the freelancer receives his pay cut as per his experience or market rate. Benefit for me is that I don’t have a lot of stress, I just need to ensure that the project is completed on time and with quality. I play a role as a escrow wallet too, I take money in advance from the client and partially pay a % to the freelancer to ensure the commencement of the project and on completion the full pending payment is handed over.

The hardest part is starting. - Starting a project - Starting a habit - Starting a conversation But once you take that first step, the momentum builds and possibilities unfold. Don't wait for perfection or inspiration. Just start.
