What factors u should be considered when determine a fair and competitive price for a project?

It depends on the customer’s budget and his final requirements. If he has a budget of landing page and is asking for a 4-5 page website to be developed then I sit down with him and offer comparisons between a freelancer who will accomplish that task for his budget or explain him the importance of hiring an expert for a higher price and explain him the benefits of hiring him. In both cases the freelancers are mine only, the customer chooses the quality and price. As for the determining a fair price, it’s mostly based on fiverr or other marketplace research to understand what’s the basic pricing structure going around for such projects
