Easy, by analyzing their ability to adapt. Zomato is highly adaptable, so Swiggy has rough competition. The point here is maybe you are worrying too much about your competitors, even when they are poor adapters. Hence, I just want to clarify that you shouldn't just look for competitors; look for tough competitors. How will you find them? Just by analyzing their ability to adapt.
