"BLINKIT WILL OUTSHINE AMAZON IN THE NEXT 10 YEARS" Heres an amazing case study for you to read :) Blinkit is using such a damn smart strategy which will make it even larger than Amazon. Now to begin with, a company has to mainly focus on the 3 C's, that is, Convenience (delivery), Catalouge and Cost. Now you may think that Blinkit is focusing on all of these 3, but here's the twist, the price of a pepsi bottle on Amazon is 39 where as on Blinkit its 45. "AGHHH BEACH ITS JUST 6 RUPEES" Calm down man 💀. The price of a car charger on Amazon is 377, where as on Blinkit its 449. Ask your mum if she would buy stuff from here, her answer will most probably be a no, why? India can be divided into 3 segments, India 1 (120 m people, THE CONSUMING CLASS) , India 2 (300 m people, THE ASPIRANT CLASS) , India 3 (1 Bn people, THE INMONETISABLE USERS). The segmentation of the Indian market makes sense. India 1 is a lucrative segment, but I’m curious about Blinkit's long-term plans. Will they eventually try to capture India 2 and 3, or focus solely on the top tier?

Amazon doing back-end development and they are intensively focusing on making their deliveries more fast . You know what they just need to create fast delivery sustainable model and they will win the game because they have large funding and backup network with huge stock options. Currently they are offering 1 day delivery and you guys really think that Amazon are not doing anything ? Seriously!

In next 10 years some other players will come n it will be delivered by drone or may be person who is riding cycle will fly from same cycle and it will be delivered

I have my doubts. Amazon's ecosystem is incredibly strong, with Prime, Alexa, and their vast array of services. Blinkit might outshine in specific niches, but surpassing Amazon overall seems like a stretch.

Not going to happen. They can't beat a giant like Amazon just by doing a 20 minute delivery in India only. Amazon is shipping 131 countries throughout the world. How is blinkit gonna beat Amazon just by catering to 120m population
