Baat job achi hai ya nhi uski nhi ho rhi, baat uski ho rhi hai ki kuch inexperienced log jab badi post pe aate hai to unhe bas sales chahiye hoti hai unko market ka knowledge hota nhi hai or Hume wo jaisa bole waisa Krna padta hai , jiski wajah se sales hogi bhi nhi kabhi. Or badi badi companies na sari traditional method use krti hai market me gadho ki tarah dodo or sales Lao lekin ye log research nhi krenge , kabhi aisi job pe jao na to dekhna sare manager or unke bhi jitne senior hai wo sab jab meeting me hoge tab yhi baat hoti hogi ki sales kaise badhaye lekin koi strategy ki baat nhi krega na hi koi market research ki baat krega.
