If you print on demand locally, how will you manage such large inventory like t- shirt size and colour in every location

I'm building network of people not building my own it's b2b. We're just like Amazon a mediator everyone is getting wrong about us 😅

MORE CLEAR WAY OF EXPLAINING FOR PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTANDING OUR THING - Invasa Link is just a platform aggregator which connects print on demand business with brands locally helping them fulfill it under 4 hours to 2 days making things supremely efficient, think of us as Amazon but sellers are POD businesses and brands as customers. The main problem we're trying to solve is fulfilment as you know in pod a person prints the thing and it takes some hours or days to dispatch and then other 4 to 7 days to reach to customers (when used traditional ways) but what if you could get thing made in 4 hour to 2days and get it under that period of time which is taken in making yeah it's possible. So total timing required in our thing will be 4 hours to 2 days and in traditional it takes 2 to 3 days for dispatch and production and another 4 to 7 days to reaching the customer so we are doing 10x or 50% faster than everyone in market available right now. Also there's a customer behaviour in india that the faster you deliver customer LTV starts to go up making your brand have more value in this competitive market, and our main focus is to get things under hours, making it as similar as buying something when you go to a mall and buy clothes which takes just some hours we want to replicate that experience for users. Thanks for your all comments keep commenting till you have clarity I'll keep answering them, and yeah it's just start to getting in hours rn is hard for us Thanks, Samrat

Our main focus is to solve this inefficiency problem like people take 2-3 days to make a product and dispatch, but why can't we just produce it 2 days and ship.it same day or maybe if person has low volume we can do in 4 hours

I mean we're not pod we're just aggregator platform b2b, and we won't be providing any kind of printing but we will be connecting them locally and there's no competition in india and globally there is but they all are very inefficient too, as they try to partner with pod people in global but the pod people aren't able to sustain the volume and so they suck and there's more to it which we don't know on a global level execution

So like as I have said earlier we're just a aggregator b2b thing so mostly no consumer will buy directly from us rather they'll buy from a brand and then a brand will share the orders with pod provider near that custome using our platform and then from their we make sure everything is gotten on place and the order is delivered under 4 hours to 2 days. And yeah people can still go and buy from zudio or any stores offline but people still do buy from their fav brands and we make sure that the brands customer don't ever feel like they got stuck in delivery thing and they should've considered offline. We just want to make sure things are super efficient.

Anyways I can just do my best!

It is an interesting idea but TShirts is too saturated market. Try for something else. Think outside of box.

So basically it's a b2b service, we are just a platform like Amazon which will help brands connect with print on demand provider and we'll make sure that the thing is delivered under 4 hours or couple of days which is more than 20 times and 50% faster respectively, whcih is sustainable as we're going have a network of print on demand people and find them locally and connect with the brands customers, also the prices of delivery will be same to traditional or less

As using service like this has its own benefits like getting more ltv than others as people Indian perfer faster fulfillment and our thinking currently is too make it wholely on 4 hours fullfillment or drop down time which will itself take time but still we will try to co-operate with pod people and try and make it so similar to buying clothes time in offline stores meaning some hours
