Sales and marketing is important in every business or start-ups. But the thing is, do right use of sales and marketing, if I tell about my experience I have worked as a sales executive but in field in one of the best banking sector and one of the best internet provider, and this companies sales strategy is worst. When i was working in internet provider company, the head ko 4 states manage krta tha us company me wo Hume bolta haj ki hume badi badi company me humari product sale krni hai,choti choti office me nhi Jana hai hume, wo humare liye bikhari jaise hai matlab wo Hume business laake nhi denge, ( ye unke words hai ) or fir month k 15 din bad Hume pressure dalte hai ki hum un choti office me jaye or waha sale kre. Lekin kyu, kyuki Target complete nhi hua na. Fir jab maine unse pucha ki customer already competitors ka product use kr rha hai or 1 saal ka Paisa bhi Diya hai to humara kyu product lega to bolte hai ( humari pitch achi hogi to lega ) ye kya baat hui ?

And haa this approach is helpfull in business too executive approach ki vjh se hi mera koi bhi startup kam sales ki vjh se bnd nhi huaa..because aaisse hi bechne se Product ki kami,acchaai or kaha bikega ye sab kuch din m hi better pta chl jaata h and even digital marketing se better results bhi deti h majorly in B2B Sector.

I think in first few months executive should work like this because rejection ki aadat ho jaati h and Sometimes bhejte bhi jaanbujh k h test krne k lie. But if you get the secrets of sales then you feel its the words best role.

It's depend like if company provide better deal and fix customer pain points then definitely good pitch can close the deal but that customer should feel frustrated by old company then their is chances for closing deal

Ye kya baat hui, agr maine kisi chij ka 1 saal ka Paisa Diya hai or jab ki wo is company ki price se to bohot sasta hai to Mai kyu waste kru wo, chahe kitni bhi achi pitch ho. So the thing is sales and marketing important but choose the right audience, Hume waha sale Krna chahiye jaha logo ki humari product ki jarurat ho, gadho ki tarah majduri mat kro. And field sales me hr ek industry aise hi marketing krti hai, field sales executive ko gadho ki tarah majduri krati hai, but wo log na hi research krenge na hi planning krenge, bs morning hote hi hume apna muh manager ko dikhana hai or wo log jaha bole jis building me bole waha jaake pitch kro products or at the end leads nhi mili to unko gaaliya bhi suno.
