Hello everyone....aapki ek help chahiye thi...if possible please guide me.....meri company jo ki healthcare mai hai try kar rhi hai hospital lab and pharmacy ko connect karne ka aur aisa platform jo ki sbhi ke liye useful ho banane ka.....but the problem is ki iske liye humare pass utne fund yah technical team support nhi hai ki app and acha website bana ske....ek firm se baat hua hai unhonhe kaha hai ki hum aapko sab kuch provide karenge from platform building, marketing , finance , maintenance and all bas server charge and extra charge jo bhi hai wo aapko bear karna hoga....but demanding 45% equity...hum negotiation karke 40% par leke aa gye but now I am doubting ki jyada equity to nhi de diya...yah aage kuch problem to nhi hogi ....itna percent equity dene pr..yah aage equity dekar itna company decision mai kuch problem to nhi aayegi...yah wo iss equity par kisi se loan to nhi le lenge and all.....kya aap log mujhe yaha kuch suggestion de skte ho to......

Bro 40% equity is really high for new early stage startup . if you giving 40% equity now then in future you will face huge problems while raising other rounds of funds and what about ESOP ? Maybe in future you lost your own company because I already saw many startup owners lost their ownership because of this mistake . 10-25% Is enough but more than that is dangerous for your future growth . Last thumra khud ka intrest khatam ho jayega thumre startup se ...
