Bro 40% equity is really high for new early stage startup . if you giving 40% equity now then in future you will face huge problems while raising other rounds of funds and what about ESOP ? Maybe in future you lost your own company because I already saw many startup owners lost their ownership because of this mistake . 10-25% Is enough but more than that is dangerous for your future growth .
