I have been working remotely for almost a decade or more. The issue with remote culture is that you need to work primarily in the company that is completely remote and is not hybrid. The issue with working remote is that in the Indian household you donโt have enough space for you to setup your own separate office which thus leads to interruption in the operations as you are disturbed daily with the household activites. Being at the house all the time, logged in people intend to work just from anywhere like on the bed etc and even loosing basic office attire affects the mindset. Obviously since you are at home then you wouldnโt want to be dressed up even remotely formal that too affects the mindset. Productivity goes down as the tasks and progress that can be achieved when a whole group of employees come together and argue, discuss and talk face to face is completely different. You tend to go into sedentary lifestyle that screws up your body system as you lack movement too.
