Yes you should take action against it , I can suggest you few things if you see the pack or box of the companies product you can see the phone number you call them inform them if the don't take it seriously then make a proper video and tag them and upload in the social media. Maybe after that they will understand what they had done with there coustomers .

What i found impactful nowadays is name and shame the company online on social sites like linkedin,twitter,instagram everywhere. Social media has much more power than an individual seeking product replacement.

Hey you need to create proper complaint and also write down your health loss , mental loss and pain with proper logic and add medical reports for this increasing credibility and then send legal notice to the company office address

Taking a brand to consumer court over an expired product seems excessive unless you suffered damages/health issues from using it. I'd first ask for a full refund plus compensation for the hassle. If they refuse, only then escalate to legal threats..especially in india its slow

Before going the legal route, I'd exhaust all options by constantly following up with them through emails/calls and keeping a document trail. If they still refuse to resolve it, then you can file a consumer complaint.

That's unacceptable behavior from paradyes brand. Selling expired products is a clear violation of consumer rights. You should definitely pursue legal action to set a precedent that such negligence won't be tolerated.
