Everyone Says Customer's Feedback is Important, blah blah blah........ how I gather that feedback? Happy Wednesday mates, Yesterday, I told you about why Even Customer's Feedback matter? Some Random founder, "Everyone says customer's feedback important but no one tells how to gather it?" I said, "I'm here mate for tell you how? Read these ways to gather feedback" - The basic step is just DIRECTLY ASK, Emailed them, text them, call them and Ask the feedback directly. Such a simple way right šŸ§  - Create a Google Form (you can use any, I prefer Google form), and send that your customer. Or attached it with your page to asking feedback. These were the ways. Now, see what you can ask - Ask them to point out One mistake in your product. - Ask them what you can do, to solve that mistake. - Ask What additional Service or Product, you like to be served - Ask what additional you can do to make them feel satisfied.
