Read these ways to gather feedback" - The basic step is just DIRECTLY ASK, Emailed them, text them, call them and Ask the feedback directly. Such a simple way right 🧠 - Create a Google Form (you can use any, I prefer Google form), and send that your customer. Or attached it with your page to asking feedback. These were the ways. Now, see what you can ask - Ask them to point out One mistake in your product. - Ask them what you can do, to solve that mistake. - Ask What additional Service or Product, you like to be served - Ask what additional you can do to make them feel satisfied.
