I think a fully planned holidays are good but staying around them all the time is weird, intrusive and invasive of privacy as people like to be alone most of the times with their friends/ family. Maybe you can provide guided tours and escorts for travel/ experiences for which you can charge as an add-on instead. An optional service in name of "concierge"
