Need Advice on This Strange Habit Lately, I’ve noticed something weird about myself. Whenever I remember an embarrassing moment from my past, I feel a strong wave of shame. To stop thinking about it, I instinctively make a sudden noise or hit something around me (like a table or wall). At first, I thought it was just a random reaction, but now it happens multiple times a day, and people around me are starting to notice. I know this isn’t normal, and I really want to break this habit, but I don’t know how. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you deal with intrusive thoughts and sudden embarrassment? Any advice would be appreciated!
