Hey guys , I am just a little bit confused about my idea , I am going to start a company on home services like ac, fridge, washing machine,own repairing etc and many more but I have a strong conpeteter named urban company,but It was in metro/big citi

It is advised in business that " differentiate first your product or service and then scale later". Because after scaling if we want to differentiate then it is tough and if we scale without differentiation then there is lot of cashburn required.

if you are starting a new business make sure its fit for urban area audience too, urban market is nee gold mine than metro or cosmopolitan cities. fresh approach and less kicker competition nd more fair business practices.
