Good one I think most of the brands in this space oprating from malls and all and then few online but gap is there..main thing is which segment you are catering and what is price range that depends the most. According to that you have to market itaccordingly

I think you should create a perception of, feeling special, proud and confident in process of brand building within women community. Focus needs to be not just in formals but also in casual who works in creative field. Brand engagement should be like Red Bull through various social media platform.
