It's 21 century, why we still do not have a true healthier substitute to sugar?!

Nah, there are still not many alternatives. There re some alternatives but it disturbs your food experience, taste and much more. Atlast if it still makes sense then cost is a biggest problem. Also sugar is the best form of sweet people are just habituated to that kind of dishes and all.
