You're absolutely right. The term "entrepreneur" often gets associated mainly with the founders or the CEOs because they are the face of the company. However, the entire founding team and early employees play crucial roles and should be recognized as entrepreneurs too. It's a collective effort, but the media and public tend to focus on a single person for simplicity's sake.
