So are the founders or the CEOs only called entrepreneurs or do the rest of the founding team also be called that? It is so unfair that the founders or the CEOs only get the light of entrepreneur and the hardworking team who helped him/build the company do not get any recognition at all. It's the public I'm talking about, i know the founder values his team so much he will put them on top always. But the public tends to overlook these members, dont you think?

Totally agree. I was part of a startup's founding team, and while the CEO got all the attention, we were grinding just as hard behind the scenes. It’s a classic case of "too many cooks" not being acknowledged, but those cooks are essential for the dish to turn out right!

But isn’t it also about leadership and vision? The CEO or founder often takes the biggest risks and sets the direction for the company. They deserve a bit more spotlight because, without their initial push, there might not be a company at all.

You're absolutely right. The term "entrepreneur" often gets associated mainly with the founders or the CEOs because they are the face of the company. However, the entire founding team and early employees play crucial roles and should be recognized as entrepreneurs too. It's a collective effort, but the media and public tend to focus on a single person for simplicity's sake.
