How many of you have read Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell? Do you agree with his views?

While Gladwell tells a great narrative, I'm skeptical about some of his broader conclusions. Anecdotes don't necessarily prove his "10,000 hour rule" or make a strong case against individual merit and hard work leading to success. I'd like to see more rigorous data.
