Startup A - The marketplace will be offline right? If yes, than it might work but the market for it will be less and probably work in tier 1 cities only. Startup B - Making such algorithm which can curated the properties can difficult to create and make other trust on it. Also properties are complex to deal with bcz they have lots of complications in terms of papers, ownership issues. In one word many properties will be in litigation. Making fractional property investment will be challenging. Startup C - Quality issues can happen from cloud kitchens as well and "speciality chefs serving all types of cuisines" is not practical, one chef might know more than other but will not know everything also. They might come costly. By examining the above three startup idea. I will 3rd one has the possibility to might work out since, online food market is good and cloud kitchens are getting popular. Also it's TAM will be good will proper measures it can be a good business.
