Digital library, I have a doubt, regarding data and privacy issues. I want to design an app where anyone can post his materials and research papers anything that can educate. Interested candidates can see and download that materials, and enhance their knowledge. -->Same knowledge will be available for tire1 colleges to tire3. --> No need to store in phone, it will be cloud platform, they can download. What are the issues that I have to overcome to achieve this task. Give your thoughts on this..
