Nalanda University will be inaugurated on 19th June by PM Narendra Modi. The original was destroyed by Muslim ruler Bakhtiyar Khilji. These invaders left most of our heritage in ruins and distroyed our knowledge. It's taken 800+ years to restore this lost piece of our history. In ancient times historians said that nalanda university was the center of knowledge and highly advanced science also this university have 90 lakhs hand written books . Just think once how much old knowledge and research available in this library . It Muslims decided to terminate the source of this ability by burning down the Nalanda University library, destroying around 9 million books, and effectively suppressing Buddhism. It took 3 months to burn down the library. If you want to distroy any civilization then attacks on their knowledge .
