Out of all the three startups A is good but will work only for some kind of people and as other Comments mentioned it might get hard B- people are already doing the same stuff If you are able to differentiate then it will be amazing C- its kind of hard, to get people work in a synchronized manner

Startup A - The marketplace will be offline right? If yes, than it might work but the market for it will be less and probably work in tier 1 cities only. Startup B - Making such algorithm which can curated the properties can difficult to create and make other trust on it. Also properties are complex to deal with bcz they have lots of complications in terms of papers, ownership issues. In one word many properties will be in litigation. Making fractional property investment will be challenging. Startup C - Quality issues can happen from cloud kitchens as well and "speciality chefs serving all types of cuisines" is not practical, one chef might know more than other but will not know everything also. They might come costly. By examining the above three startup idea. I will 3rd one has the possibility to might work out since, online food market is good and cloud kitchens are getting popular. Also it's TAM will be good will proper measures it can be a good business.

None of them are good and here's why 1) bro people don't buy such luxury second hand car online, they go to such reseller to buy 2) You can only suggest such properties through website (make it paid) but this won't work 3) Cant say anything about it

Startup A soo risky and need to put amount in maintenance. Also, there are lot of companies offering the similar ones. Coming to startup B, I don't have experience in real-estate, I'll skip this And finally startup C, It's again a crowded market. There are 100s or may be 1000s of cloud kitchens available just in Bangalore region. So, this is just my point of view
