Direct to Cell Service (January 10, 2024): •Starlink successfully sent and received text messages using T-Mobile network spectrum through its new Direct to Cell satellites. •Overcoming challenges like seamless handoffs between satellites and accommodating Doppler shift and timing delays, Starlink provides standard LTE service to cell phones on the ground.
