What wrong you have done... It's easy for an employee to gain sympathy and audience.. if company is wrong then they must have done it earlier too..

They want me to stay for long long time. Due to toxic environment, I decided to quit. They didn't like that and targeted me. They have done earlier also for other employees also

Employer always hire for growth. But sometimes they do wrong hiring. Some candidates shows lot of commitments and dedication towards but while delivering they have lot of if and but... Some of them develop their group of same thoughts of people and dig into negative thoughts and wrong doing.... I am not in a favour of holding salaries and other benefits. Employee must think of tough situations of employer's too.. None of the employer has time to Target thier own productive and valuable resources. Even they don't have any team for back biting.
