I resigned from a company. They are yet to pay me 2 months salary. It's been 6 months they are ignoring me and cutting call on face. So, should I contact lawyer and file a case or expose them on LinkedIn? HRs got instructions from company not to answer our calls. Also, they have done lot of things like over pressureing for dropping resignation, sick leaves cancelled. Finally out of company, but still waiting for that 2 months pay.
Post the same in Twitter and tag to the company government and labour court

File a case in labour court through its online portal. Be ready with proofs and gov will take action against them.
Please reveal the company's name, and help to save others from joining these kind of shitty organisation.
Take legal actions because they'll forced to recognise this dispute and will want to get over with it so as to avoid conflict with future recruits
My company also doing the same with me haven't given salary from last three months and postponing date and now telling the reason that company going through losses and all.
These companies can't be enough and There are a lot of such companies. So that our experience is visible in the profile but there is no value, the management of these companies will be bad. There are really very few people who can do the work and they are lagging behind and the people who do the work are just filling up. The market is running badly and now only God will save us.

What wrong you have done... It's easy for an employee to gain sympathy and audience.. if company is wrong then they must have done it earlier too..

Try any government site or online complaint system available, if not try on LinkedIn and Twitter bro and tag related government department and company together and explain the whole issue from Start to end
