Startups need to understand that now a days employees tend to jump ships where there is even a slightest opportunity to get some extra %, while employees need to understand that companies can adapt a quick hire and fire policy to replace the quiting employees easily. Now talking about Culture - Understand the dynamics of your company - Engange in transparency - Avoid Micromanagement - Trust your employees - Open door policies to ensure easy communication of the employees with the management. - Help upscale your employees to train them with the developments in your company - Offsites if WFH to have frequent interactions - Provide growth opportunities within the company first to ensure that the team sticks around learning and growing along with you. There are few other things that I can jot down but meh! these should do fine for now
