what is better study routine and focus on study and complete study in less time 6 hours or 8 hours

Deleted all the social media (including WhatsApp) for like 2 months, now I get no texts, from anyone and I find myself plenty of time (yeah I get bored so I watch movies, but my don't go in talking to anyone for hours, like pointless talking)..
