Have this in the back of the mind, hyd population density is due to non resident employees, 70-80% don't belong to Telangana, they're all moving. They love the concept of rent but they might discontinue within 6 months. I'm telling this out of my own experience in Delhi, I've only used the livpure service for 6 months but their support almost called me 1 months afterwards to somehow retain me. But if you Target families, they most likely not interested in renting, plan it strategically

Inquired about Toyota Hycross at a local dealer. 6-7 months waiting period depending on the model you want. I know cars cannot be delivered in 10 minutes but 6 months - that is some false scarcity creation right there.

was looking at Coursera courses for first time and i chose one for 6 months , it says 2000 per month and then 12000 total below but when I continued it asked for 12000 full price up front , what the hell I thought they ask 2000 per month HELP!
