I am from Hyderabad, In our area, Density of population is high. Approximately 6 Families live in 50sq yards 4 Floor Building. Due to High population density, We are facing lot of issue due to Internet fiber cuts and falling on Ground everyday and leads to many issues. We want to start a business, where we can provide multiple services within one App. For Example: We have taken all our services such as 1. Internet Service + TV + OTT - 1000/Per Month 2. Solar Plant Setup EMI - 5000/Month 3. Water Purifier on Rent - 500/Month 4. You are buying Daily essentials like Milk, Vegetables, Groceries etc worth 20,000/- per month. Have this in the back of the mind, hyd population density is due to non resident employees, 70-80% don't belong to Telangana, they're all moving. They love the concept of rent but they might discontinue within 6 months. I'm telling this out of my own experience in Delhi, I've only used the livpure service for 6 months but their support almost called me 1 months afterwards to somehow retain me. But if you Target families, they most likely not interested in renting, plan it strategically

That's the great idea mixing urban company , blinkit , livpure , model but the main problem is that you need very big team and proper quality backend support with invester who can burn money for few months also give you investment. According to me you should focus on solar plant setup emi for few months and then more towards new sector

It's a Good Idea But I honestly Think you'll be spreading yourself Too thin if you focus on All the things At once, So Focus on One or two that you think are the top most Demanding, and then later on you can expand to other services, Once you have established yourself
