Yeah I found only one solution , Dopamine Detox , I recently came across this , like you need to be completely idle for a day without any distractions once a week , I didn't try it as I am not that affected. I will deeply suggest knowing more about D

I’m trying several dopamine detox like I don’t use instagram,watch adult content,eat sugar for more than a year but still I feel my attention span is too low

Ok then If I am not sounding like more youtubish , There's 1) READING BOOKS 2) WORKING OUT I think I didn't notice , Has working out improved my life in the past two months 🤔😅

I’m doing everything working out regularly for last 5 years and reading books sometimes whenever I feel like for the past 1 year but 🥲
